Monday: 8:00am-12pm & 2:00pm-5:30pm (We are closed every Monday from 12:00pm – 2:00pm for staff meetings.)
Tuesday: 8:00am-5:30pm
Wednesday: 8:00am-5:30pm
Thursday: 8:00am-7:00pm
Friday: 8:00am-5:30pm
Saturday: 8:00am-12:00pm

Hospital COVID-19 Policy

Seneca Animal Hospital stays current on the recommendations from the AVMA, CDC, and DHEC regarding COVID-19 safety. Our safety protocol is designed to maintain uninterrupted service for your family; our patients. Due to the decreased COVID-19 cases locally, mask wearing is optional when visiting our hospital! Based on your preference, you may request your doctor and care team wear a mask.

Please wear a mask if you are experiencing any signs of respiratory illness (i.e. cough, sneeze) or recently recovering from a respiratory illness. Thank you for being considerate of others and maintaining safe distances. Curbside service will remain available upon request for any visit.

Important Notice Regarding Grooming Services

As of March 2023, Seneca Animal Hospital no longer offers professional grooming services. We apologize for the inconvenience this may cause. Clients with scheduled grooming appointments have been notified. If you are in need of a referral to an alternative grooming facility, please call us at 864-882-8747. We are still able to offer the following services: nail trims, nail buffs with Dremel, sanitary clips, canine baths, and canine & feline sedated shave-downs. For more information, click here.

How do I redeem my points?
Next time you are at Seneca Animal Hospital, tell our staff, when checking out, that you would like to use your Loyalty Points. Please inform us of any specific reward you would like to use.
Where can I find out how many points I have and what rewards I can use?
Using your PetDesk App, you can click “Loyalty Program” under the Seneca Animal Hospital provider page. This will show you how many points you currently have and what rewards are available for you to use. By clicking on each individual reward, you can learn more about the reward and any restrictions that may apply.
Do my points expire?
Yes, Loyalty Points expire 12 months after they are earned.

Referral Program

Introduce your friends and family to Seneca Animal Hospital and get rewarded! Word of mouth is truly one of the best ways for people to find out about us and this rewards program is a way we can thank you.

When you refer a new client to our clinic, you will receive a referral card for 10% off at your pet’s next visit.

How do I participate in the referral program?
All you need to do is introduce a new client to our hospital. The new client will need to tell us whom they were referred by at the time of making their first appointment. Once they let us know, you will receive a “Thank You for the Referral” card in the mail. To utilize your 10% off, please bring the card to your next appointment and the 10% discount will be applied at that time. The discount can be used towards exams, services, medications, and pet boarding.
Is there a limit to how many people I can refer?
No, there is no limit.
Any limitations or expiration date I should know of?
While there is no expiration date to utilize the 10% off, you can only use one referral discount per visit.
