Friday: 8:00am-5:30pm
Saturday: 8:00am-12:00pm

When you enroll in Seneca Animal Hospital’s Loyalty Program you automatically earn 300 points!  As these points accumulate you can redeem them for different veterinary and boarding services at Seneca Animal Hospital including:

How do I redeem my points?
Next time you are at Seneca Animal Hospital, tell our staff, when checking out, that you would like to use your Loyalty Points. Please inform us of any specific reward you would like to use.
Where can I find out how many points I have and what rewards I can use?
Using your PetDesk App, you can click “Loyalty Program” under the Seneca Animal Hospital provider page. This will show you how many points you currently have and what rewards are available for you to use. By clicking on each individual reward, you can learn more about the reward and any restrictions that may apply.
Do my points expire?

Yes, Loyalty Points expire 13 months after they are earned.

Referral Program

Introduce your friends and family to Seneca Animal Hospital and get rewarded! Word of mouth is truly one of the best ways for people to find out about us and this rewards program is a way we can thank you.

When a new client and their pet receive services as a result of your referral, you will receive a card for 10% off at your pet’s next visit in the mail!

How do I participate in the referral program?
All you need to do is introduce a new client to our hospital. When scheduling an appointment, the new client will need to tell us by whom they were referred. Once they and their pet have received services at their first visit, you will receive a “Thank You for the Referral” card in the mail. To utilize your 10% off, please bring the card to your next appointment and the 10% discount will be applied at that time. The discount can be used towards exams, services, medications, and pet boarding.
Is there a limit to how many people I can refer?
No, there is no limit.
Any limitations or expiration date that I should know of?
While there is currently no expiration date to utilize the 10% off, you can only use one referral discount per visit. Additionally, the person you have referred must be a new client with our hospital and receive services in order for you to receive your discount.
